Terra Cultura grew by leaps and bounds in 2019. The farm changed from a dream to a beautiful reality, with the planting of our first crops, and the expansion of our pollinator garden, and food forest. Our educational programs changed from small pilots into fully realized programs, reaching and changing the lives of community members of all ages. And we couldn’t have done any of it without all of you.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone that pitched in during our Barnraiser donation drive. I’m proud to say that we are currently at 104% of our $10,000 matching funds goal. Every dollar you contributed was worth an extra dollar in matching funds. Because of you, Terra Cultura is in great shape to continue our mission, to strengthen community resilience through education and collaboration in agroecology, sustainable living, and the arts, into 2020 and beyond.
This new year brings with it a new decade, full of opportunity, beauty, and wonder. The future is whatever we make it. Let’s make it a good one together.
